Walking Proud in East London kicks off this year’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transexual History month on Friday. The Vestry House exhibition shows oral histories of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans East Londoners. It runs from 7pm-9pm on Friday 4 February. Other events during the month include a reading with the author Ellen Galford and various awareness-raising projects. The East London Craft Guerrilla return to E17 in February to spread some love around Walthamstow. Their LOVE EASY Valentines Craft Fair runs at the William Morris Gallery on 11 February from 6-9pm. The craft market will be doubling up as a fund-raiser for the William Morris Gallery before it closes for a refurbishment. Their Christmas fair attracted over 1,500 visitors and raised over £600 for the gallery, and the LOVE EASY is shaping up to be just as popular. […]Continue Reading →
